Add files you need to convert
to Batch Queue. If you want to
change format settings of any task,
you can click with alternate mouse button on this task, represented
by Batch Queue item and select "Properties" from context menu
to choose appropriate settings. You can also select this task
and press button
on Batch Queue Toolbar, use [Batch | Task Properties] menu
command.
When all settings are set up, you can start batch process by pressing
button on Batch Queue Toolbar, by selecting "Process all tasks " item
from context menu or by using [Batch | Process all tasks] menu command.
You can also process only selected task(s) by pressing
button on Batch Queue Toolbar, by selecting "Process selected task(s)
" item from context menu or by using [Batch | Process selected task(s)]
menu command.
After the batch process have finished you can remove successfully completed
tasks from Batch Queue by pressing
button on Batch Queue Toolbar, by selecting " Delete successfully completed
" item from context menu or by using [Batch | Delete successfully completed]
menu command. You can also delete all selected task(s) by pressing
button on Batch Queue Toolbar , by selecting " Delete selected task(s)"
item from context menu or by using [Batch | Delete selected task(s)] menu
command.
You can rearrange tasks in Batch Queue, using <Alt+Arrow Up> and
<Alt+Arrow Down> to move selection of tasks up and down. You can
also use
and
Batch Queue Toolbar buttons, "Move selection up" and "Move selection down"
items from context menu or [Batch | Move selection up] and [Batch | Move
selection down] menu commands to move selection up and down.
You can also change output format of single selected task using Format
Selection Dialog for this purpose. Settings for new task with another
output format become defaults (see Options).
