To convert single audio file from one format to another, change current folder to that with file you need to convert using File List or Folder Tree. After having reached necessary folder, select file item of target file and choose appropriate output format using Format Selection Dialog. Then you have to do one of the following:

• click on your audio file item with the alternate mouse button and select "Convert file..." from context menu
• press <Ctrl+V>
• select file item and press button on Main Toolbar
• select file item and use [File | Convert file…] menu command

Then choose appropriate settings in coversion dialog and press OK button.

Hint: You can also add these files to Batch Queue and use batch processing.
