Why I cann't set on the Option/Schedule
Windows?
Our software doesn't allow user change the settings except "Recording
Source" when recording. So, please stop recording first, then change
your settings.
Why I can't set my schedule?
Please uncheck "Enable Schedule" and then set your schedule.
Remember to check if after your settings to active the schedule. The
schedule won't work unless our Ease MP3 Recorder is running. If you
run Ease MP3 Recorder just after the begin-time and before the end-time,
Ease MP3 Recorder will do recording from the time you run to the end-time.
If you run it after the end-time, the schedule will be invalid.
How to record in the small files?
Choose the compressed format instead of WAV, for example mp3,
ogg, wma... Set the parameters low, but the lower the parameter, the
lower the quality. Recording at the minimum rate of 32Kpbs will generate
a small file but the sound quality will be low. The normal rate is 128Kbps.
Your system may not be fast enough to simultaneously record the sound
and encode it into the compressed format. If this is the case, you will
have to first record in WAV format and then convert the WAV file to
compressed format file. Remember that WAV files use much more disk space
than the compressed format file's
Most of the recordings have a noticeable
crackly sound, how to fix it?
1) Please make sure that "Recording Volume" (Options->Recording
Source) has been set an appropriate value. Please don't put your "Recording
Volume" too high, for the higher the volume, the more the noise,
the bad quality the file. You'd better do some test recording to adjust
the "Recording Volume" to appropriate value.
2 ) If you are not recording from "Microphone" or "Line-in",
please mute "Microphone" and "Line-in".
The Voice Sensitivity System doesn't
work, why?
The voice sensitivity depends on your song card. In general,
recording from "Stereo Mixer", set the sensitivity to 2 and
recording from "Microphone", please set to 3. You'd better
do some test recording to adjust the sensitivity.
When I want to record a mp3/ogg file,
an error message "Format not support." appear. Why?
"Format not support." means that
recording quality and bitrate does not match. For example, recording
quality is set to low quality(11025Hz Stereo), bitrate is set to high
quality(320Kps).
What is the update/upgrade policy for
Ease MP3 Recorder?
ALL updates AND upgrades are free! Ease MP3 Recorder support unlimit
update and upgrade.
Lost Registration Code Policy
If you register and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an email
with a registration code or if you have formatted your hard drive and
cannot find your registration code, simply email to Support@audiotool.net
and we will resend your code as soon as possible. Remember to tell us
your order ID.
I have purchased Ease MP3 Recorder. What
happens if I format my computer or my system crashes? Will the Product
ID change and my unlock code no longer work?
With the current version of Ease MP3 Recorder, the Product ID does not
change if you format your computer or your system crashes. Therefore,
your register info will still be valid, and you should not need new
purchase information.
I have purchased a registration code
and its not accepting it!!!
Please make sure you are using the correct register info. Our register
info will be sent as 'Register Name: *** Register Code:*** '. Please
try to copy our register info instead of typing it one by one letter,
for it is difficult to identify letter 'l' from number '1' and identify
letter 'o' from number '0'.
I have not received my registration
code! Isn’t it about time!
Do not panic! In many cases, there may be a processing delay. Sometimes,
people have supplied the wrong email address. In rare cases, the registered
users are unreachable due to mis-configured email clients or privacy
control.
