You can convert WAV files to MP3 files by simply pressing "WAV to MP3" button. 

To set the parameters of MP3 files, select "Settings" on the main menu, followed by pressing "MP3 settings".

This software will store the information of the files to be converted in the Play-List (In the Play-List only WAVE files will be stored). Then the files will be converted to MP3 automatically unless you press "Stop" button. The converted files will be stored in the folder you have selected in Output directory.

To normalize MP3s to other MP3s with different parameters, select "Settings" on the main menu, followed by pressing "MP3 settings" to set the parameters of the converted Mp3 files, followed by pressing "Mp3 Normalize" button, followed by selecting the files to be converted. Then the conversion will begin.

The software will store the information of the files to be converted in the Play-List (In the Play-List only Mp3 files will be stored). Then the files will be converted to MP3 automatically unless you press "Stop" button. The converted files will be stored in the folder you have selected in Output directory.
