Normalize: Analyzes the forms of your
digital music out the peaks and valleys within certain filelist, then
cranks up the spots with less amplitude to ultimately create a smooth
listening experience. In other word, if the files to be converted have
different volume levels, normalizer will convert the files to the same
volume level.
1. On main windows, click File > MP3 Normalize.
2. Change the value of 'Normalize to' to control the volume of your
created files. If the value is smaller than 50, the volume is lower
than original file, if larger than 50, the volume is higher than original.
3. Check / uncheck 'Enable Fade In/Out' to add/unadd fade in/out of
your created files.
4. Set the frequency, or number of times an event repeats, or number
of vibrations procuced by a signal or sound, in a given period. Frequency
is measured is Hz. One Hertz is one cycle per second. In Ease Jukebox,
the settings are listed in kHz, or kilohertz. The value you can choose
from is 48,000 Hz, 44,100 Hz, 32,000 Hz.
5. Set a channel, such as mono or stereo. A stereo signal consists of
two separate audio channels, while mono signal has one. A signal audio
file may contain information for one, two, or in some cases, more audio
channels. This means that stereo produces better quality sound.
6. Specifies the bitrate. The more bits used to store each sample in
digital form, the more thorough the original signal's amplitude can
be represented. This in turn may result in higher audio quality in the
system. However, the more bits used per sample, the larger the digital
audio data size. The value you can choose from is 40kb, 48kb, 56kb,
64kb, 80kb, 96kb, 112kb, 128kb, 160kb, 192kb, 224kb, 256kb, 320kb.
7. VBR Bitrate: Set VBR bitrate. The values you can choose from are
40kb, 48kb, 56kb, 64kb, 80kb, 96kb, 112kb, 128kb, 160kb, 192kb, 224kb,
256kb, 320kb.
8. VBR Quality: Set VBR Quality. Varies from 0 (best quality and worse
speed) to 9 (worse quality and best speed).
9. Click 'Select Directory' button to choose the folder where you want
to save you created MP3 files.
10. Click 'Add' button or click File > Add to add the MP3 files you
want to normalize.
11. Click 'Delete' button or click File > Delete File Record to delete
the files you have selected from the filelist. You can select more than
one file by pressing the Ctrl key while clicking the files or pressing
the Shift key and using the arrows to select a range of files. Your
files will not be really delete from your computer.
12. Click 'Clear' button or click File > Clear File Record to clear
your filelist. Your files will not be really delete from your computer.
13. Click 'Start' button or click Action > Start to begin your conversion.
14. Click 'Stop' button or click Action > Stop to stop your conversion.
15. If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default
setting, just click 'Default' button. By default, fade in time is 10s,
fade out time is 20s, Frequency is 44,100, Channel is Stereo, Bitrate
is 128kb, VBR Bitrate is 128kb, VBR Quality is 5.
Attention:
1. You can only add MP3 files.
2. step 2-9 must be done before step 13.
3. Protected WMA files cannot be converted since they are locked.
