CD-ROM unit: list the CD-ROMs of your computer (maybe
there are two CD-ROMs in your computer).
CD-ROM type: list the information of CD-ROMs in your computer.
Burst mode: Optimimal for fast grab. No jitter correction. Normal block
read at once. Retries on Read error is 50. Drive spin up the disk during
1000ms before read track. Max grab speed is 32.
Synch mode (Correct Jitter Errors): Optimimal for precision grab. Jitter
errors correction. Normal block read at once. Retries on Read or Synch
error is 100. Drive spin up the disk during 3000ms before read track.
Max grab speed is 24.
Secure Mode (Double Precision Error Correction): Optimimal for precision
grab of old and very used CD. Jitter errors correction. Normal block
read at once. Retries on Read or Synch error is 100. Drive spin up the
disk during 3000ms before read track. Max grab speed is 16.Every block
reads and re-reads before the number of the blocks, contains the same
data will be 50% or more from the number of read blocks.
Paranoid Mode (Small Blocks Read, drive cache disable): Optimal only
for grab on unreadable (scratched) CD. Jitter errors correction. Very
small block read at once. Retries on Read or Synch error is 125. Driver
doesn't spin up the disk before read track. Max grab speed is 1.
If CD drive caches audio data, catch will be disable. Every block reads
and re-reads before the number of the blocks, contains the same data
will be 50% or more from the number of read blocks.
Retries on Read or Synch Error: sets re-read retries number on read
or synch error during grab. Range from 0 to 100. The default value is
5.
Extraction Speed Low or Equal: max drive speed during grab. Range from
1 to 32. The default value is 32.
Action On UnRecovery Read or Synch Error: Stop—Stop grab if read
or synch error occurs, Silence—Insert silence (null amplitude)
block on error block place, Cut—Cut error block, Correct—Correct
error block using build-in error correction algorithm. By default, we
check "Cut". |
