MP3 Cutter Joiner supports MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG format. You can add files in those four format and then cut/join them to the format you have choose. In other words, there is a small converter built in MP3 Cutter Joiner so you can add a mp3 file while create a wav file and so on.

MP3 Cutter Joiner allows users set parameters of MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG files. To modify the settings, just click "Set" and do on the Settings Windows. If it is your first time using MP3 Cutter Joiner and not modify the settings, MP3 Cutter Joiner will use the default settings. By default, MP3 format is frequency - 44,100Hz, Channel - Stereo, Bitrate - 128kb, Quality - 8, VBR Bitrate - 128kb, VBR Quality - 8; WAV format choose "Best suited WAV format" mode; WMA format choose " WMA9 44KHz, 128Kbps, Stereo, CBR "; OGG format is Frequency - 44,100Hz, Channel - Stereo, Bitrate - 128kb, VBR Max Bitrate - 128kb, VBR Min Bitrate - 128kb, VBR Quality - 600, disable VBR and VBR Quality .If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.

To change the output directory, click "Settings" and set on the settings windows.
