MP3 Cutter Joiner can marge multiple MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG files into one large MP3 or WAV or WMA or OGG file, depending on the output format you have chose. What's more, MP3 Cutter Joiner can complete cutting and joiner in just one command. You can set start-time and end-time for every file in filelist - you can set various start-time and end-time for the files in filelist - then click "Combine", MP3 Cutter Joiner will cut just the part you have set for every file and then join the parts into one new file. You can add any file in those 4 format and MP3 Cutter Joiner will converting those files to the output format when marging.

To marge multipule files to a large one, please do as below:
1. Click "Add" button and add the files you want to edit. Multi-add is supported. You can add more than one file by pressing the Ctrl key while clicking the files or pressing the Shift key and using the arrows to select a range of files.
2. Click "Del" button to remove the selected files from the filelist, not from your computer. To clear the filelist, click right-mouse and click "Clear" on the pop-menu. The files is just remove from the filelist, not from from your computer.
3. Click "Up"/"Down" button to adjust the file order.
4. Choose the output file's format. To modify the parameters, click "Set" button. If it is the first time you use MP3 Cutter Joiner, default settings will be used.
5. Set the start-time and end-time. After adding to filelist, the default start-time is "00:00:00" and end-time is the length of the file. If you wan to marge the whole files into one, skip this step. To change the start-time and end-time, click on the file you want to cut, then drag or click to change the time. Time ahead of trackbar is the current time of file. When dragging trackbar, time ahead of trackbar will change accordingly. You can click "<<" or ">>" to fine tune the time, the precision is 250ms. To set current time to start-time, just click "Set start-time" - a clock pointing to 12, and to set current time to end-time, click "Set end-time" - a clock pointing to 3. You can also set start-time/end-time by listening to the song. Just click on the file to select it, then click "Play" button, when get to the time you want to set to start-time/end-time, click "Set start-time"/"Set end-time". Trackbar is enabled for playing and you can change play-position by dragging trackbar.
6. Set start-time and end-time for other files as step 5. You can set various start-time and end-time for the files in filelist. If you wan to marge the whole files into one, skip this step.
7. Click "Combine" and all the files in file list will be marged to one large file. If you have do step 5 and 6, then only the part you have set for the file will be marged.
8. "Stop" button is useful both for playing and for joining. You can cancel the cutting by click Stop button any time during cutting.
